Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked - £2.95
Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order) Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)
Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**
This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day. Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.
**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.
Why do we require a signature for our orders?
We pride ourselves on a high level of after sales customer service, this means that, unlike some online companies, we care about our customers. We do our best to ensure that you receive the items you have paid for in a timely fashion and in excellent condition. In order for us to do this effectively we have a "sign for all orders" policy, this means that both you the customer and us the retailer are covered when it comes to the rare event that an item goes missing or is not delivered.
In these circumstances, if we have signature evidence, we can be very prompt in either directing you to the whereabouts of your parcel or if necessary re-sending the items to you. The signature allows us to do this as we are able to mitigate some of the hazards of online retail such as fraudulent claims of non-delivery and lost items.
As an experienced online retailer we understand that this can cause inconvenience in a few cases, but it is the best way we have found to maintain competitive prices and excellent customer service.
All Orders are packaged discretely and securely so that your products reach you in a pristine condition. Please be sure to check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives and ensure that you have checked all the contents against your enclosed invoice.
