How to order your prescription

If you are new to McParlands Pharmacy Prescription Collection Services, you will need to complete a Prescription Services Consent Form. The form is available from your
local McParlands Pharmacy or you can click here to download it.

Please hand the completed form to a member of staff at your local McParlands Pharmacy.

Standard Prescription Collection Service

ORDER your repeat prescription by TELEPHONE, FAX or EMAIL

If you authorise your local McParlands Pharmacy to hold your repeat prescription request, you can order your repeat prescription from the pharmacy by telephone, fax or email. Just contact your local McParlands Pharmacy at least 4 days before you need your medicines and we’ll do the rest.

ORDER your repeat prescription in PERSON

If you prefer to hold your repeat prescription request yourself, please hand your repeat prescription request to a member of staff at least 4 working days before you need your medicines. Our staff will do the rest and will aim to have your medicines ready for you to collect when you need them.

Repeat Prescription Service

If you use the Repeat Prescription Service, your local McParlands Pharmacy will automatically request your repeat prescription on your behalf when it is due. If there are any changes to your medicines, or if you need any additional medicines, please contact your local McParlands Pharmacy by telephone, fax or email.
